Anthony was born on June 8, 1963, in Kirksville, Missouri. He's appeared in several top television shows, including The Nanny, Seinfeld and, as a recurring character, "Henri", on Cheers. Recently he appeared on the WB's Angel, as two different characters, an Ethros demon and the Scourge Commander. Both characters called for heavy make-up and prosthetics, so he was pretty much unrecognizable!
