Lost
Co-Star Wanders Into 'Hills'

Emilie de Ravin, best known for ABC's hit drama
Lost, will once again be stranded in a mysterious and dangerous location for her next project.

The Aussie actress will star in the remake of Wes Craven's 1977 horror classic, "The Hills Have Eyes," according to media reports.

The original film centers on a road tripping family that accidentally goes through an air-testing range that's supposed to be closed to the public. They get stranded in the desert and become prey to a group of cannibals who haven't been exposed to the modern world. The family is reluctant to kill, but they're not keen on being dinner either.

Monk actor Ted Levine will play the patriarch to a family that also includes Kathleen Quinlan, Vinessa Shaw and Aaron Stanford.

"High Tension" helmer Alexandre Aja will direct the remake, which will begin shooting in Morocco this month. Craven will produce.

De Ravin, 23, plays new mother Claire on J.J. Abrams'
Lost. She recently wrapped shooting the indie horror "Santa's Slay." She also stars in the Sundance flick "Brick," which will be released in March 2006
