Elisabeth was born April 28, 1973 in Dusseldorf, Germany, and grew up in New York. She received a B.A. in drama and history from Sarah Lawrence College before starting her acting career. She played Dorothy Hayes on the soap opera One Life To Live, and her other credits include the 1999 mini-series The '60s, appearances on the Fantasy Island and Turks, and a small, uncredited role in the Woody Allen film "Deconstructing Harry." Elizabeth has been picked up for the starring role of ADA Serena Southerlyn on the long-running series Law and Order.
