Samantha Ferris is a Vancouver native who got her start in front of the camera over a decade ago as television reporter for Bellingham TV station KVOS TV 12. She quickly learned she preferred acting to reporting, and began to persue work in the field.  Her television credits include guest shots on Smallville, Stargate SG-1, First Wave, several shows for Showtime, including The L Word and The Chris Isaak Show. She also guest-starred in the Canadian drama series Da Vinci's Inquest.
