Comments: Diana has a medical and scientific background, and has a highly developed sense of curiosity.  Her current assignment is with the NTAC, which investigates the 4400 returnees, and her functions include surveillance, study, assistance with re-assimilation.  Her partner at  NTAC is Tom Baldwin.  Her adoptive daughter, Maia, is a 4400, and has the power of precognition.  Diana herself is immune to the effects of promicin, an apparent result of shots given to her when Kevin Burkhoff was doing his earliest experiments with the drug.Diana had a romantic relationship with NTAC analyst Marco Pacella, but ended it when a 4400 experience gave her the impression they didn't have a future together.  Maia had a vision of the man Diana was destined to ultimately marry, and it turned out to be Ben,  April's boyfriend.  Ben and April broke up, and Diana moved with he and Maia to Spain, but the two broke up when Diana came back to Seattle to find April, who was missing.  It turned out April had taken the shot and developed an interesting power [people couldn't lie to her], and was okay, but Diana determined that Seattle and NTAC was the place she needed to be, so she and Ben split, but left their options open, so Maia's premonition might still come to pass, as they usually do...
